Rules of Commissions:
1. Must fill out all forms
2. Must pay ahead of time
3. Paypal or in person payments only. No exceptions
4. Ink and color commissions require a down payment to initiate groundwork phase
5. No refunds after the groundwork phase. Down payment CAN be refunded to cancel the commission.
6. I have the right to reject any and all commissions for any reason
7. If I find I can't make the image for any reason, I will offer a full refund at any stage.
8. Use the progress indicator to check on commission progress. DO NOT ASK ME.
9. I will use a 3 strike system for any misconduct relating to the commission. 3 strikes and the image will be cancelled. You will not be given a refund, and will be blacklisted from commissions.
10. You will treat me with respect as I will towards you.
11. Only the commissioner can color inked drawings

If for any reason I am having trouble finishing the commission in a reasonable time frame or feel like I have wronged you during the commission process you may be eligible for a partial or otherwise refund.
