Official Pokemon Announcement

In my fan ruleset "Twig Rules" I am making a new rule. Due to it's overwhelming power, and it's ability to Mega Evolve without a stone, Mega Rayquaza is banned. It's just a bit too strong; even with 230 Defense with 252 Defense EVs on a Pokemon, Mega Rayquaza can kill in around 2 to 1 hits. Specially if you add the Life Orb. I'll allow Rayquaza and the use of Dragon Assent, however if it Mega Evolves your battle will be defunct and you will be penalized for it's use.
