Diapers Can Be Dark and Scary Too

Here's my challenge. Come up with the scariest idea for ABDL fan art, stories, ect, and try to top my idea. If anyone comes up with anything truly chilling and scary I'll even feature them and talk about the idea. So try to beat mine.

A young teenager is exploring an old abandoned building in the dead of night as a part of a dare from his friends. The ceiling creaks and moans, the years not faring it well as he continues deeper into the bowels of the building. As he rounds the corner, be begins to smell something horrid, making him cover his nose. He points his flashlight around, and sees something appear on a desk nearby. He jumps as he points it back, but the rounded form he saw is gone. He begins to quiver, as the corner of his eye picks up something. What appears to be a mangled pile of something. With a scared shriek, he turns the light towards it, but again nothing is there. Suddenly his flashlight flickers and dies, the gloomy darkness oozing in from the tattered walls. Becoming too frightened by the old place, he turns to leave but then screams in horror as he's faced with a grotesque sight. A face stares at him from across the room, sitting upon the desk, with empty eyes. Scattered along the floor are the torn up limbs and torso of a poor girl, her open torso clad with the remains of an infantile outfit, and a blood soaked diaper. Unable to escape the horrid sight, all he can do is curl into a ball and cry, as his flashlight drops to the floor and flickers to life again. The body is gone, nothing there but the dust and cold tile of the old building. Looking around, he grabs his flashlight and prepares to run from the place. However as he goes out the door, he can't help but grow curious in his terror, and returns to the desk. His hand trembles as he reaches for the handle, and pulls out the bottom drawer. Beginning to worry for their friend, the teenagers outside await to hear from him, but breathe a sigh of relef as he comes out. But their relef turns to shock, as they see whats become of him. A trembling mess of tears and true terror, as he clutches the lost head of a classmate from their school who'd gone missing a few weeks ago. She was known in school, as the adult baby girl.

Yes I'm dark, yes I can be scary, and this is my challenge. Tell a scarier story, cause I want to see if anyone can do better.
